کفر ناحوم یا کفر نحوم (Capernaum) (عبرانی: כְּפַר נַחוּם Kfar Nahum; "ناحوم کا گاؤں") ایک ماہی گیری گاؤں تھا جو کہ بحیرہ طبريہ کے شمالی کنارے پر واقع ہے۔ کفر ناحوم کے قریب ایک کلیسا کو پطرس حواری کا گھر کہا جاتا ہے۔
